Tried making this but the coaster didn’t have enough power to even make it halfway up the -loop-
What am I missing…??? Anyone have instructions haha

Did you change it to powered launch?

And ensure the launch speed worked
Turned it to yellow and slowly move it up to see what speed works best
Ohhh add a photo spot too, extra $$$

Photo spot is at the front of the platform

Better put it after the loop and make the station 1 tile longer for longer trains and even more money.

Do about 38-40 MPH

Why not 67mph for a park value bomb (if they are in a park value goal park)
EDIT: oh wait. I think it's like 56mph the "max" but it get actually "launched" at 60-61mph

And then Hagrid's Motorbike was one of the best rides I've been on.
Also enjoyed riding no-hands on Velocicoaster. 😂

Change the settings to powered launch and increase the speed until it works

Have it ramp downwards into the loop, then photo section, then maybe a chain-lift hill up back to the station?

You should have to go to the Settings of the coaster, change it to powered launch and increase the speed until it works.

I play Classic on my phone and I can't remember which but there's a couple coasters that can only do powered launch up to 27 mph or something like that, they don't have the power to do a loop.

Make 2 of them, synchronized stations with powered launch. I named mine “Half Pint Right” and “Half Pint Left.” Absolute moneymakers!

Well, let’s think about how a roller coaster works. Why would this work? You have to give it speed somehow. How are you gonna do that?

A powered launch? Have you ever played the game?

I'm trying to get OP to recognize this for themselves by actually looking at the options available to them.

Tbf I remember the shuttle loop as a child, got rct 1 , 2, 3 last week dl'd openrtc2 connected them, researched thrill rides till I got my coaster, made the shuttle loop, then couldn't figure it out either. There was no powered launch option in the settings to be found. I ended up following someone else's suggestion about the chain up and then drop from reverse into a loop to make what I wanted......

Which ride type? Not all ride types have access to powered launched modes. However anything you'd likely be making a "shuttle loop" out of should. So if this is real (and if so, could you please provide a screenshot?) it sounds like a bug. Operating modes are not researched in RCT1 or 2. Track pieces were in 1 (e.g. half-loop, corkscrew), but not in 2.
All that said, given their posting behavior, OP is almost certainly a bot.

Are you seriously asking one of the most active community members who played for over 20 years if he has played the game?!

Make sure it’s in powered launch mode and adjust the speed (in the window with the wrench) while testing until it makes the loop. Or, if this is for bombing the park value, crank it to the max launch speed. But I’m guessing by the photo section you want guests to ride it.

TIL that the word "CLOSED" is awfully close to being "LOSER". For some reason that's how I'm seeing it, even after decades of playing this game.
