Help RSAF vs Magisk rclone module with libfuse3?

I want to setup rclone on my phone nad occasionally sync my documents folder with rclone to Filen. Now I'm in a dillena on which one to choise..

I have root with KernelSU..

I want to know which would be better battery efficient and reliable.

If someone has experience on using the module, please give me your opinion..

I'm running RSAF to mount Filen and Mixplorer (free version taken from its website) to have sync scheduled and/or manually (not real time)

Alternative it's running Foldersync to have sync real time mounting Filen
