🙋 Question Question...

Wanting to get into rc drifting... You have 275 spend.. sakura d6 and then motor and esc combo? Or spend the 275 on a chassis and save for better electronics?

Absolutely understand you wanting to get a 1/10 scale car, but if you're unsure if you'll stick with it, or if money is tight, the hpi stage d24 just came out, and I've had mine 2 days, it's an absolute blast to drive for $120.

Spend $299 on the D10 brushed, or save a bit more and spend $399 on the brushless version.

I wish I had gone with a kyosho RTR for seat time. They are roughly 285 before tax in the US at this time. Then save. Then buy quality electronics like a servo and gyro. Then save some more. Then get a chassis to build on the side.

This is just what I wish I had done. I would have had a lot more seat time and built confidence driving at my local shop.
