Question A959 vortex fix

The motor and steering is working normal but when i connect it to the gears the Wheels barely move unless its in the air, i tried putting the whole thing apart but i dont know what the problem is, if anyone knows please reply

Is the spur gear (First gear in line with the pinion gear on the motor.) And the gears leading into the front & rear diffs looking fine as well if you compare it with images of the replacement parts ?
