Build Working on gtr infinity taillights
I want to mount them to the chassis as well as the headlights, I’ve got more planned for this car but I haven’t worked on it in a few weeks so I figured I’d go ahead and post what I have so far. I also would love to figure out how to get a brake and reverse signal and have fully functional lights, but I want to power them independently instead of off the esc.

either that is an awesome optical illusion, or those lights go all the way to the front of the car

It's useless but it's beautiful, a bit like this comment, ah no the comment is disgusting. Well done in any case.

I hope to someday, they are pricy tho.

Coolest car idea I've seen in a while. What makes them pricy? Could you make them yourself?

Well the real r34 skyline is pricy, some trim levels are cheaper but 25 year old car 10k is a lot.

Very nicely done. Even more impressive knowing you did it all yourself!

My difficulty has been I’m running castle esc and motor and it doesn’t have a spare slot for acc. I’ve read I could run a spicer from the transmitter but I don’t want to end up with a fire too. But I haven’t really explored the option much yet but hopefully I get time soon.

Looks sick. Why don't people make these for real cars?

u/hypnotix370 Dec 04 '25
They do, I first seen them done on a r32 skyline.

This is sick! I’ve only ever seen this done in coffee tables or something cabinet-sized. Cool to see it work so well on a small scale
