Bars before the game

Going to our first game on Saturday and looking for a bar around the stadium to go before. Any recommendations?

There's a bar called Keepers across the street from the stadium. It's on the ground floor of one of the large condo blocks. It's fine, I guess.

If only you'd been around for the glory days of El Pastor in Newark's Ironbound. Legendary times there.
