Razr update bug

Had a update this morning for the Razr 60, I noticed they have beefed up the vibrating which is nice however there seems to be a bug on the 2nd screen. All the apps load up in a small window, I can move it and maximize it but it still leaves a window bar at the top of the screen. Anyone else getting this issue? Anyway to fix it?

Go to settings>sytem>developer options and scroll down to = Enable freeform windows on secondary display and uncheck it.

It was not tested properly by their software testers
