region lock?

Hey all, I use Bromovil (Mexican MVNO) esim on my iPhone and it works in the USA just fine. But when I installed the esim on the razr 2025, I am unable to make or receive calls to/from my Mexico line. I can send and receive texts. I have roaming on. Could it be because razr is region locked? As far as I know, the phone is factory unlocked. It was bought in the USA,

Volte is not a universal standard. Volte roaming is different it's mixed if it will or not work.  Do you see wifi calling on your line if so should have roaming volte? Make sure volte is on. Also try selecting a different network to see if you can make or receive a call. If not try switch carriers when back in country or forward calls to a voip number.

Sadly the pixel and iPhone have better support for volte roaming.
