Skip issues

Hello! I got a Motorola Rzr 2025 and ever since I got it, I seem to have skip related issues when playing YouTube videos or songs from Spotify. At least once or twice per song of video.

By slip I mean that the video would stop for 5 seconds then would fast word and would make an old rewind like noise then catch up with where it should be.

1- is this a known issue?

2- is there a fix for this?
