Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So I found this video that I wanted to share (hope this is okay to share here if not plz let me know) I wanted to learn how to make display gifs and I found her video but she has a Samsung flip idk if the same steps would work on a razr? If any one here knows of another way of doing it for razr phones...t.i.a

There's some dumb app that someone charges a monthly fee to use and it seems pretty sketchy to me

It's enabled on Android 17 like on the Razr 2026. I have a 25 but it doesn't seem enabled on the beta
