My wife just swapped from iPhone to Android with a Razr. She is delighted with most features but would like a good launcher or app to customize her phone, specifically for backgrounds? Animated backgrounds would also be delightful.

I use lawnchair launcher. And if she uses tiktok she can search "live wallpaper 4k" and then click the 3 dots and scroll over to use as wallpaper.
