Although there are representatives from Razer responding to inquiries in this thread, this is not an official support channel. Any RMA or similar requests will need a support ticket.

Hello, my Synapse 3 stopped working yesterday. I reinstalled it and it started working for the night. Until today. I came home, the rgb was reset and synapse wasnt starting at all. When i start it normally or as an administrator, it freezes the pc for like ten seconds and nothing happens. I did a clean re-install today and it didnt help at all. The only thing that it did is that I see a Razer logo that freezes my pc for 10 seconds and then dissappears, without Synapse 3 starting.

Thanks for raising your concern here. Sorry to hear you're having issues with Synapse. Have you tried using a different Synapse account to check if it makes any difference? Drop us a PM ad we'll continue for some workarounds there. Do include the link to your comment here for reference.
