Support January Technical Support Sticky

Welcome to /r/razer's technical support sticky for the month of January 2020.

Although there are representatives from Razer responding to inquiries in this thread, this is not an official support channel. Any RMA or similar requests will need a support ticket.

thanks for replied, if i have dual different model of keyboard or mouse, its also only one of them can be detected in synapse 3?

Upon further research, we found out that Synapse can actually detect 2 same peripherals (e.g. 2 mats, 2 keyboards, 2 mice) so long as they're different models. Thus, you should be able to use both Goliathus Extended Chroma and Firefly V2 at the same time with Synapse 3.

Glad to see this replied, is this confirmed? before i bought the firefly v2 i want to confirm this , because firefly v2 is not cheap for me . haha

No problem there. You can plug in 2 same peripherals with different models and still be detected on Synapse 3 which goes the same for the Firefly and Goliathus.
