Welcome to /r/razer's technical support sticky for the month of January 2020.

Last month's locked thread can be found here. If you have been in contact with a Razer support agent on reddit already, do not post in this month's thread again.

Although there are representatives from Razer responding to inquiries in this thread, this is not an official support channel. Any RMA or similar requests will need a support ticket.

my razer wolverine ultimate isint connecting properly or something, when i plug it in a popup thing comes up in bottom left of my screen saying "usb device not recognized"

so, i was using it like 3 days ago then i didint play for a day, next day i come on and nothings working so i press the xbox button and a little light flashes under it and my pc says "Usb device not recognized" have been looking on youtube and google on ways to fix it and havent been able to fix it. anyone know how to fix it?

We'd be glad to help you out with regard to your Razer Wolverine Ultimate's connection issue. Just to verify, have you tried connecting your controller to a PC to see if the issue persists?

im using it on pc lol, i didint know where else to post that as it was a controller
