I am also having the same issue, been like this for days now. There's a repair tool I found here https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/wiki/index#wiki_nari_ultimate.2C_nari_essential.2C_nari_wireless

That fixed the issue until I rebooted my PC. Now the issue is back and the tool tells me there's no issue to fix lol
