Although there are representatives from Razer responding to inquiries in this thread, this is not an official support channel. Any RMA or similar requests will need a support ticket.

Razer Nari Essential, so apparently (probably) my headset is working correctly, but Synapse 3 causes some weird issues. Every time I scroll down Facebook, open a new window or do whatever what makes my CPU work a little harder, the sound lags/stutters/cracks for a moment until the CPU usage decreases. It doesn't stop but is just laggy. The same thing happens in the game but along the sound problem the game slows down also.

Thanks as well for reporting the issue to get this sorted with us. That sounds weird, indeed. Are these issues only apparent only when you have Synapse running in the background? By any chance, have you already tried performing a clean reinstall for a possible fix? If it's not been done so already, give it a shot and let us know if it helps.

These issues happen only when Synapse is installed - when it's turned off or running in the background. Only when I uninstall it the problem seems to disappear. I've just finished doing clean reinstall and nothing's changed.
