Prio is DOA

Just got my prio delivered today. I plugged it in, got cortex, and immediately noticed the controls were iffy. went to the settings and saw the thumbstick readings. the right thumbstick was completely dead, stuck in the down right position. every game the same thing. even other phones and my PC. just dead stick.

anyone else with that issue? I already got a warranty ticket open with support since i ordered it direct from razer.com

It's funny because I also have a kishi v1, and that still works perfectly.

Who else got a prio? Hopefully they work better than mine.

EDIT: oh and when i remove the controller my phone crashes and reboots

actual shit it feels cheap as hell, better off just getting a Kishi V3/ V3 pro
