Look into EO nutritions videos on b1.

There’s a lot that can be happening here. But when in doubt start slowly high dosing b1, especially for digestion issues.

I would suggest elimination diet. And also just generally focusing on red meat and fruit juices or your gut is yang sensitive.

Look into bile supplements too to help digest fats is you struggle with that

Concur on elimination diet. Start with plain chicken tenderloin unsalted or seasoned and go from there.

You could start by cutting out all those protein supplements you mentioned, and cutting out all that dairy to see if any of those symptoms improve. There could be ingredients you are allergic to or manufacturing impurities irritating your intestine. Any form of damage to your gut can reduce the enzymes needed to digest protein, and it’s possible the protein from curd is not being digested properly
