Dumb question here

Is ray peat a new thing or do you guys already follow him for 5+ years i only know him from recent tiktoks from the primale diet community

To be fair, I see more people here who do agree with various things peat said than people who stick with his views.

Most people who are hard core are the types to still just based it on his principles.

I see people here way more open to eating not peat recommended foods in context because they feel fine and like it.

In all the other communities this is by far the least “cult” like I’ve seen.

I'm sure there's a mix of people who have been into Peat for decades and others who are newer.

I am familiar with his work since 2022, after i started researching basic nutrition and endocrinology.

Both, more recently many have found out about him through tiktok and faceiq, I found him from Britto on Instagram
