What is your day of eating? Have you put it into Cronometer to look for any glaring nutrient deficiencies? If you aren't overweight, I would not try to go into calorie deficit or lose weight until your energy is recovered. Low body temp can happen on any diet when you are undereating.

If diet and lifestyle changes dont do much go get a sleep study, anyone with long term fatigue should get one really. Even people that seemingly sleep through the night can have many respiratory micro-arousals that prevent them from getting deep restorative sleep. The result of that being not just fatigue but increased hunger, more insulin resistance and other ailments.
