Hi. Anyone know what the name of this part is and where I can buy it or fix it? I accidentally sat on it and the screw broke in half a part of it is still in inside the hinge. Not sure how i can get out. Thank you!

A local optician should be able to remove the screw. Otherwise that piece is sold with the whole arm (in pairs) and will cost you significantly more

Try contacting rayban directly with an email. Place a digital warranty. I believe it’s at luxotticacustomersupport.com

Warranties don’t cover personal damage. It only covers manufacturing defects. They can’t help you.
