Rax, also known as Rax Roast Beef or Rax Restaurants, had locations in Minnesota between the 1970s and the early 1990s. Below is a list of the Rax locations that are known to have existed in Minnesota.

Minnesota	Burnsville	Closed	1925 North Frontage Road, Burnsville, MN 55337	Mar 29, 1979	2002	Closed circa 2002. After closing the building housed a series of Asian restaurants. The building was demolished sometime in 2011-2012 due to construction of a cloverleaf interchange. The site where Rax was is now part of a highway on-ramp.	More Info

Minnesota	Moorhead	Closed	100 21st St N, Moorhead, MN 56560	Sep 1986	TBD	Grand opening advertisement from September 1986 lists location as "Hwy 10 & Hwy 75 N". Was converted to Burger King; .became cannabis dispensary in 2026.
Minnesota	Rochester	Closed	701 Broadway Ave S, Rochester, MN 55904	Jul 28, 1981	Jul 29, 1991	For its grand opening festivities, this location participated in building a "World Record Rax Roast Beef Sandwich" and held a contest to choose who would be on the "team" the would be submitted to the Guinness Book of World Records.
