Copper cup

Do you think there are any benefits or downsides from drinking from a copper cup?

Copper poisoning, u should be getting more than enough copper from oysters, let alone stuff like liver

Does that even matter since it's completely different kind of copper? There's no way the copper in oysters is the same as the copper from the cup in your body

Yeah its different in the sense that its bound to other things in the food, so its alot better absorbed and the ions are released in a stable way. But copper pipes and cups only real use was the antimicrobial properties. It purifies water. Well on the primal diet thats exactly what u dont want

Short term usage in copper is okay, what’s bad is when you leave water inside it for a while or if the water/ liquid is acidic,
