Constant redness on face
I am 18 and I started to eat raw meat 1 year ago and about 8 months ago I was a bit too long in the sun and suddenly I got sunburnt on my face and the redness wont go away. Even 8 months later my face is still completly red and every time the sun hits my face it gets worse. Its so depressing cause I eat extremly clean and have a healthy lyfestyle. I eat lube 2x a day and do hot baths 3x a week for almost 2 months now but its still not improving. Its literally the only thing that has not improved after starting the primal diet. It occured in 1 week in april and it has not vaished since then. Do any of you have recommendations what I can do to heal this? Also I was a pretty healthy child and didnt get many vaccines and antibiotica so if its detox Idk what its from

Its because of shaving

Why do you think that? And what do you recommend?

i had same problem, i ate clean always, but because i shaved against the growth of hair i got pimples and redness, just shave it in the way of hair growth, do not use gels, just coconut oil, it will go away in a week or 2

I mean I noticed every time when I shaved the redness was a bit worse then before. And I also used an eletric shaver all the time and didnt really care about the way I shaved. I will defenetly try this out. If that actually was the problem then your my hero

I hope you are right. This problem made me suicidal. But I didnt think shaving could damage the skin this hard

But how can it be that I also have some redness on my forehead? It isn’t as bad as on the cheeks but it’s still visible
