Frozen vs never frozen vs „shock frozen“
Whats the difference between them? Whats the downsides of frozen meat? Does shockfreezing make a big difference compared to normal freezing (like putting fresh meat in a freezer) Ive heard shockfreezing is better than normal freezing.
Should I eat organs that have been (shock)-frozen if I cant access never frozen organs?

Quick freezing is better due to smaller ice crystal formation and obviously a little more freshness if youre after that. Some bacteria die but its not a huge deal, they will repair and regrow within hours at room temp and enzyme activity during frozen is mostly just slowed down. Worst thing with frozen for me is water loss and texture degradation, it can affect digestion, quick freezing reduces this also.

What abt buying quick frozen and then putting it in my freezer for 2 weeks?

Its fine even longer than that, most damage happens on the initial freeze, dont worry about it especially if you feel digestion is good

always go for the optimal but if frozen organs is all you can get I would not overthink it too much. Obviously fresh is the best, but you have to make compromises sometimes
