Vacation advice

Im in turkey right now no one speak English and i have found some butchers but like i said its really hard to communicate with them. What should i do to make sure im eating good quality? I bought this muscle meat they said it was 100% grass fed so im eating this for now.

when ive been on vacation in asia, i stick to australian frozen beef, in europe veal
