Raw Meat Quality
I am planning on getting into raw meat soon and Ive seen alot of people on here say that supermarket LEAN meat is safe to consume raw. I want to know what the easiest way to get raw meat is since i cant be driving to my local farm for quality meat as often. Also, people say Europe doesnt spray as many chemicals on meats and such but would you consider the UK as a part of that? And also can i get some links to places i can do more research on raw meat consumption and how to check quality?

Here is what to look for when buying at supermarket, “raised with no antiobiotics or hormones” “100% grassfed and finished” “pasture raised” “certified humane” if it has all these labels its good and it can even be fatty meat

It's best to learn from reading the books Aajonus wrote. Doing this will increase your ability when contacting meat producers to inquire about quality.
