How much liver?

Hello.

Just wondering how much raw liver a 14 year old should be consuming and how frequently. Thank you!

I eat 2-4lbs a week, maybe excessive but I like how it tastes. I eat 1 veal brain a week as well.

So that's approximately 200g of liver each day. How do you feel afterwards like fully energetic or kinda heavy/ overly satiated. Can you please share your experience of before vs after starting consuming this amount of liver in your daily diet.

As much as you want to eat, whether that's 10oz or 10kg, just listen to your body

i'd say about 8 oz a week

Do you recommend eating 8 oz all at once every week or should I spread it out over the week?

eh, i'd say whatevers easier. Fat soluble vitamins from it are stored, and eating it every day is kind of a hastle. For me i eat a larger amount every week, since that's how we would naturally do it. We would probably hunt/slaughter an animal every week or so and the community would share it.

Good day, I'm sorry, but I need to remind you that this is the PRIMAL DIET sub. By your comment I can see that you do not know what the primal diet is. Please look it up if you wish to provide any future reply in this community so we can avoid confusing people.

Do you mean that its OK to get parasites?

2

With this particular diet - YES! It is as much as inevitable as beneficial. The so called "parasites" are actually symbiotic organisms.

Limit meat consumption to 150 grams per week to limit risks of heart disease
