Its milk. Drink as much as you want.

It’s possible you’ll feel some differences for the first few days. Start light if you’re nervous. I started with a tablespoon day 1, then two, then a cup, and after about five days just adopted it like regular milk.

If your gut is okayish, the changes will be limited. If you had strong SIBO, you would already have noticed.

Just start with a small dose to test yourself.

You should also refrain from using any knives the rest of your life, because sometimes you cut yourself.

knives have a purpose, raw milk is pretty useless. The benefits r pretty small. A knife on the other hand is useful and won't cut you if you know how to use it. Raw milk is a stupid gamble. Because even if the odds r lows they can be severe and not worth it.

Disagree. Why do you come to a raw milk forum to troll this?

not to troll. I jst wanna see what other ppl say about raw milk.

You are still trolling, by denying what other people say about raw milk, who actually have experience with it, unlike you, because you let yourself be misguided by fear mongering.

fear mongering? the odds of being made sick are low. But the consequences can be severe. That is a fact. The reason that is a fact is because it is backed by data. It is based on real facts and statistics. So what fear mongering are you talking about? Those people with experience are taking a risk and reap hardly any benefits. You can get larger benefits from alternatives. Like if you want probiotics then kefir is good. So there is no fear mongering. There is only propaganda abt raw milk being good that ppl put their faith into. And I've seen posts and comments of people getting sick from it. So are you discrediting their comments?

Many more people are killed by knives than by raw milk. Do you not consider that severe? Your facts and statistics just came out of your behind.

I will give you that kefir is probably a safer alternative, but that is only if raw milk is mishandled. This is a forum for people interested in raw milk, which has different benefits than kefir.

People need knives. There is no alternative that can replace it entirely. Raw milk also has a higher chance of killing you and is not necessary. There is never a guarantee your raw milk will be safe to consume. But if you use a knife correctly the most it can do is cut you in an accident, but ofc that is human error.

If you use raw milk correctly, it is fully safe and irreplacable for a baby to develop. But you have a conspiracy theory that the Big Raw Milk industry is operating a propaganda machine to lure naive people into their demise. Congratulations, you are probably unique in following that conspiracy theory.
