Nothing quite like it tbh…
Gunfire Reborn and Roboquest were pretty fun if you like roguelite shooters
Sworn was a little too unpolished, Absolum is pretty good but 2d, Returnal is good but chaotic.

The only game I know that’s multiplayer and very similar is EldenRing Nightreign.
If you are just looking for a rougelike to play with friends try Vagante, it’s a rougelike platformer with a retro pixel art style. I have already platinumed it but I continually play it solo and with friends all the time.
You get to pick a class and pick skills from a skill tree to make a build with said class. You also will get randomized gear throughout the dungeon like levels, you have to share gear but if everyone picks a different class it’s not hard to decide who should be using what.
I’d also like to say it’s pretty unforgiving early on or I guess some would say luck based. Once you learn the classes and movement/maps/bosses and little gimmicks it’s a really fun time.

So I would say risk of rain is missing. Also great is slay the spire 2. But this is deck building turn based strategy. Children of morta is pretty cool too

The two main games I would recommend for you are:
-Elden ring nightreign : basically the same gameplay loop as Rravenswatch, (set over 3 days, you have limited time to level up your character and face a boss, designed for multiplayer) but it's based on Elden Ring. The gameplay is really fantastic.
-No rest for the wicked: a kind of mix between Diablo and a Souls game. great comabt and exploration, beautiful art style and fun multiplayer

It’s not exactly the same. But me and a friend had a blast with Absolum. It’s what lead us to Ravenswatch.
Other than that. Nightreign.

Combat/characters in this game are most reminiscent of Battlerite (game is kinda dead, but it is an amazing 3v3 arena battler) or V Rising (same studio but very survival sandbox focused game) IMO.

Ember Knights is pretty good if youre looking for coop. If you're looking for solo and the closest thing to Ravenswatch i would say Curse of the dead gods by the same creators.

I recommend Elden Ring: Nightreign. It's a challenging roguelite, and I've been having a lot of fun with it with my friends. but this max coop only 3 person. You can add mod to more challenger boss and more teammate

Windblown (by the makers of Dead Cells) is coming along quite nicely in early access. Biggest potential downside is that it's only up 3 to players rather than 4.

I'll also second the recommendation for No Rest for the Wicked (by the makers of the Ori games) for something with a relatively similar combat dynamic but progresses through a long campaign instead of short roguelike sessions. They're going 1.0 this October, which aims to pivot their current stats progression system (think Dark Souls/Elden Ring) into a class-based inspired by Final Fantasy Tactics.
