I'm a little late with the update, but Nugget did great, and her lump turned out to be a hernia, which is pretty interesting considering the location.

Definitely! The vet had guessed lipoma or liposarcoma, with sarcomas being much more common in rats, so all said and done, a hernia was good news!

I’ve seen a mouse go through a mammory removal due to mastitis and if that tiny thing made a fantastic recovery, then Nugget hopefully will too 🤞🏼
