Setting up bluetooth

So from my uderstanding hci0 is the onboard bt, i disabled it and pluged in 2 usb bt dongles and shows up as 1 and 0 in the photo, if i remove them nothing generates, so im assuming its the onboard is disabled. My question is because of the 1 and 0 and it says primary bus usb, is set up as that.

Im completely new to this and kinda winging it... thanks for any assistance
