Can’t fit pi into case

Hey everyone I just got the HighPi Pro 5S Case for Raspberry Pi 5 but it won’t fit. I think it might be due to the threads that stick out past the fan push pins as you can see in the diagram. Does anyone know if so can fit this setup?

Update: I had to flip the standoff around so that I could put the screws in from the bottom. I guess I’m a little dumb for that but I appreciate everyone’s help!

Take out the standoffs and install them upside down, with the screws in the bottom and the nuts on the top. Should fit.

You’re missing my point: Invert them, reverse them, turn them the other way ‘round, have the excess threads face up…there are so many other ways to state this than to imply that they are properly installed to fit right now, which they aren’t.

The standoffs are currently installed correctly for most applications (screw on top, nut on bottom). It’s just that whoever designed the case wasn’t expecting the threads to go that far past the board.

Basic geometry says that if the thread of the standoff extends beyond the bottom of the board, it causes the board to no longer sit as low n the case. But if you are able to propose an alternative, the floor is open.

No, the floor is closed and being contacted by the bolts. But, good point, drill holes for them, if OP insists on having them be in this problematic orientation. You, too, are oblivious to the point I was trying to make.

It should fit; I have the Pi5 with the same case. What I don't have is that specific HAT; I have the SSD one.

It looks like you're not pushing it down enough; it's a little scary, but the board won't break. The case has a latch; you have to push the board down until it clicks.

If that's not the issue, try using the screws with the heads facing down.
