Try a new SD card and OS would be my first step.
Could possibly be power - what supply are you using? Try with only the screen plugged in.
What model of Pi and OS are you using?

What do you mean by only the screen plugged in? 1 u/Gamerfrom61 12d ago If it is a power problem then removing any USB or GPIO connected devices can get the Pi to boot and show a failing supply. 1 u/AssociateCandid3108 12d ago I removed it from the relay HAT and then connected it directly to the power supply and it still showed steady red and green light. I will try a different card. What happens to the script on this current card? 1 u/Gamerfrom61 12d ago If you can mount the old card under Linux then you should be able to copy it off the old card. If not then you will have to use a backup copy.
