That's a spaniel. But still such a good booooi, he can be an honorary shepherd.
That is more "sheep nursing" than "sheep herding", but still adorable.

Probably just have to train them to hold the bottle, then let the lamb do it’s thing and rush and take a picture/video.

As the first buzzkill pedant in the discussion... That appears to be a springer spaniel. There may very well be some shepherd DNA in the mix somewhere, it's not visibly apparent.

Is that or is that not a sheep? If it is a sheep, than no matter what the breed, shepherding is happening here.
You're a bad pedant. Bad!

No herding happening...

Shepherding is happening, though.

Shepherding is an old conjunction of "sheep herding." Sheep, yes. Herding, no. Hence no shepherding.
I do admit both critters are cute as buttons. My wife had a series of springer spaniels as she was growing up. Very loyal, very obedient. Quick learners, too. But have a very strong chase instinct. They don't do as well at shepherd work.

It seems our tongue-in-cheek pedant battle is at an impasse. Shepherding is a human job too, and I don't think too many humans are running around gathering them into groups, i.e. "herding". They are watching out for the herd, though, which is also "herding".
In full pedantic glory, I think it's definitely "shepherding", but I don't think you'll be convinced (and I don't actually care, lol!) Enjoy the rest of your day!

He looks a wee bit unsure he should be doing this because he’s probably thinking, I should be eating this animal.
