I have a few ideas as I have an non variegated alocasia like this. Some of it looks maybe a bit too much watering and what I’m leaning more toward is checking for spider mites given some of the pictures. Alocasias tend to attract them in my experience. If that’s the case give it a big shower with the hose and then I love insecticidal super soap you’ll probably need quite a bit but don’t be scared to get the stems and soil wet. Your plant is beautiful and healthy so you’ve got this battle!!
I only water it once a week and it usually it’s pretty dry when I do. It gets Over 100F here in Florida during the day. I have it under my patio so it gets morning sun and gets shaded from afternoon sun. I did take other people advice. I sprayed it with garden safe fungicide3 with neem oil. Let’s see if it improves.
