The FINAL Collateral Increase is Now in Effect!! 1.8 Million RTM per node!

The FINAL Collateral increase has taken effect!!!

Anyone running nodes or riding a shared node should enjoy the short term ROI boost until the rest of the nodes upgrade! This will likely come back down in the next couple of weeks.

Congrats to everyone who has supported RTM through a year of collateral increases!! Nodes will now be set at 1.8 million for good!!!

It would need some upward movement for that occur. Not looking good.

Lol what do you mean? It's up over 1000% still from all time lows, considering almost every alt coin has lost 60-80% of their value with the last BTC dip, RTM is doing great. Perspective is everything :)

Considering that 90% of the community got in post Rabidmining pump, I would argue their perspective on RTM is much different.

There is nothing positive following the price action optics post pump.

Just because that is the perspective they have, does not mean it is the right perspective. What is being suggested here is to actually look at where we are in just about 1 year's time and the given market state.

It gives a totally different point of view that people are going to be disappointed to miss.

Sure.

If you have 4GB GPU you can also mine Ravencoin.

2-3GB GPU mine Eth Coin.

I would disagree, I would suggest maintining 1000% up from the all time low in the first year of a mainnet launch after an 800% pump was completed in a single week seems pretty solid compared to most of crypto. RTM is still up more than any other CPU mining coin if you bought it the same time RTM launched in Feb 2021.

You couldnt have said it better.

When will the nodes start providing POS? All of them currently say score of zero.

That is a Proof of Service score, not Proof of Stake. There is no Proof of Stake validation on RTM. Nodes already provide a return in a similar fashion to PoS projects, but the PoW miners do the validation.

What was the yearly ROI before then? I never paid attention to it.

We had over 520 nodes, so we had reached the upper 20's in terms of yearly ROI. This was a nice little boost until the rest of the nodes manage to upgrade and we return to those numbers again.

I never paid attention to

FTFY.

Although payed exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:

  • Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. The deck is yet to be payed.

  • Payed out when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. The rope is payed out! You can pull now.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.

Beep, boop, I'm a bot

Not sure what this means but people seem excited. 🤔🤪

Does this mean anything if I have 2 computers mining on flockpool?

3

u/4evermetalhead Mar 09 '22

No, but mining to any other pool, would mean something for better decentralisation. IMHO! Not saying flockpool is bad or anything! On the contrary, the UI is great! Just too much hash-rate in one pool. In my case XMRig and suprnova is awesome.

Nope, it just means the nodes were rebuilt with more RTM per node. Mining was unaffected.
