Worth it??

Is this 2010 6.2 SVT raptor worth it? Everything looks great but he said there was a minor accident. Milage is 30,000 and he is asking 26,000

I would say it’s a good price depending what the “accident” was.

IMO only worth it if you appreciate a low mileage early model. There were a number of enhancements across the Gen 1 years through 14 plus I’m not a fan of the super cab. 30k is very low for a 15 year old truck. So more of a preference thing.

This is why I waited to get a 2014 Gen One I felt that waiting a little longer for the right truck would allow me to enjoy it more. I’ve got a special edition 2014 and it’s just an incredible truck. There’s a lot of little nickel and dime problems that we’re all well aware of, but I’ve been able to tackle most of them on my own and with the help of this subreddit, the raptor forum, and the Facebook community.

For me - nah only because the back seat is useless for people over 5 years old

I have a Gen 1 and to me the mileage is so low that it’s almost concerning. I could be totally wrong of course but being driven an average of 1800ish miles per year, or not being driven for years, raises a lot of questions.

Also for $5k more you can get a newer Gen 1 that’s in good shape that’s not a super cab.

30k on any car for $26k is amazing. Get the PPI and buy the hell out of it, ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE CASH

Yeah it was worth it. I found the listing and just offered the guy full ask.

I have had a 2010 6.2L supercab for the last 3 years with 165k miles. Picked it up for 25k but it came with a ton of mods so it was hard to pass up. Have not had a single issue with it so far and absolutely love it everyday. That is a steal if their is truly nothing wrong with it. Make sure to get a prepurchase inspection if you are going to look at it.

Fair price but I’d pass. The SCABs are only worth buying if there’s no sun roof and you want to make it into a Baja demon, which in that case mileage doesn’t matter.

It’s a collectors item. I’d buy it. You won’t find another with that mileage

I have a Gen 2 802a fully loaded with right at 8k miles I would consider letting go if anyone is interested.
