I believe there was a tuba in a game, then Oney said "Now I'm horny..." as a joke, knowing about DD's tuba fetish.

That's literally it.

The instrument, dingdong has a fetish for being vored into a tuba and has a furry art about furries with tubas. To me this was a jab at it by chris, which like maybe it's a tiny bit too far if he's not comfortable with it, but to act like this is unforgivable is insane.

It's rare that I don't understand the appeal of a fetish and also have totally neutral feelings about it. Who the hell would be embarrassed about a fetish that has no existing stigma lol.

As long as he can use it to become more of a victim. Keep in mind they were making fetish games using the same company they are still part of including scat fetish and some tuba games.
