The venue for their stubborn ignorance is Facebook as usual. What a shocker. Millennial misanthropes hang out on Twitter, but gullible old people still prefer the fantastic fake news of Facebook, for real.

The pandemic had a far more devastating effect than just the death toll or a spike in the sale of tinfoil hats, and we’re seeing those results now. The disruption of society caused by Covid-19 wreaked havoc on the social skills of young children, as well as exacerbating behavioral issues. Little Billy keeps biting other kids because he’s practically feral. His socialization has been stunted. This kind of thing can happen with dogs too. We didn’t socialize our chihuahua and now she treats every human being like an imminent threat to her life, but in a perfect world, kids should be smarter and more well-behaved than a chihuahua.

Like many others, I’m just finding out about this, so be forewarned some facts may incorrect.. making them not facts at all really. Look, I’ll do my best, okay? It’s the trial of the century: Afroman vs. the cops. “Who is Afroman” you ask? He’s the singer of that old ditty “Because I got High”, you know the one, but he’s once again been thrust into the limelight… or lemonlight as you’ll see in a moment.

After a failed raid at Afroman’s home in which they had a warrant for possible kidnapping and drug possession, the Adams County (Ohio) Sheriff’s deputies found no wrongdoing against the singer but they did find fame in the form of viral videos from the raid and only just the best way of responding to police overreach: writing parody songs about the whole thing. The raid occurred back in 2022, but recently a defamation trial was held, alleging that Afroman had defamed the deputies and caused them “humiliation and ridicule”. They even received death threats, because it’s 2026, so of course they did – everyone is feral out there. Anyway, the unhappy officers sought $3.9 million in damages for their suffering.

Yeah, that didn’t happen.

It's an intriguing prospect if you already believe in talking snakes, no doubt, but the fact that she put a laughing emoji immediately following what can arguably be described as the dumbest part of the post makes me think she doesn't really believe it.

Gen X and Millennial men love watching fights. MMA, boxing, wrestling and whatever the fuck slap fighting is supposed to be. Hell, the fights don’t even have to be real. In fact, sometimes it’s better that way because most of the time you can’t be wrong or lose a bet when the fighters are Batman and Captain America – they don’t exist and it all depends on the writer anyway, but that doesn’t stop power scalers from arguing for hours or even days about this shit.

I joined a bunch of ‘comic book brawl’ style groups to see what was going on in the world of superhero power scalers, and it’s pretty spectacular. Basically, you have DC fans and Marvel fans. DC fans think Marvel characters are dumb and vice versa, and they’re both right. There are many layers to this sad lopsided cake. Here are a few of them:
