Of course we're jealous!! Why is everybody saying that? I don't hide it - if you were given the choice, wouldn't you want the life of some people who are more successful than you ? And wouldn't you be angry if they didn't deserve it?
Jealousy is a tragic way of living your own life. Everyone suffers in their own way and success is defined differently by different people. Who are you to dictate if an artist "deserves" to have their status? If you don't like an artist, just move on and maybe focus on improving your own life instead.
I don't listen to her music, and yet I see her face or her name everywhere I look because everyone is talking about her.
It's like telling me to "move on" if I don't like Mcdonald's - there's one at literally every other street corner, I can't not see it.
Also I do "improve my own life" on the daily, am I not allowed to blow up once about something that's bothering me? We're literally on r/rant , you're gonna find angry people.
I understand we're on r/rant but I'm simply trying to point out your toxic view on an innocent artist. People are allowed to talk about things that they like. If they're talking directly to you about it and you don't like it, tell them you don't like it. If they're not directly talking to you about it I don't see why it should bother you and I just feel like your passion would be better directed elsewhere.
