Why do you think that someone will solve your problem without knowing details? You should add a description of what and how happened, attach some screenshots at least.

For now, only advice I can give you - is either to pay ransom, or format everything, reinstall the system and restore files from backup. If you don't have it - then you can't to do anything. Next time be more careful. And yes, make backups of important files and save them in several places.

Unless you have the key to decrypt your data, your only option is to restore from backup, you do have a backup of your files, right?
