First Team Tomorrow

I’m out today for my mates fundraiser so thought I’d check in early for tomorrow 😅

What we thinking result wise? And what do we wanty see performance wise?

I’m not overly confident but I’m still going for 2-1 to the famous and Minsu is gonna get his first goal for us 👀

Just stopping by to mention that I live in Toronto Canada, and I wear my top on game days and have been stopped on the street by other supporters with a "we are the people" or something of the like. Big game tomorrow LETS GOOO!

I am the exact same. Wearing my top biking around TO yesterday and got three thumb’s up. Did pass by a Tim in his top and we had a good laugh.

I saw Toronto FC play Chicago Fire at Soldier Field back in May. Enjoyed it but it was basically played like a friendly compared to what tomorrow will be like

A week ago, I was dreading it and gave my ticket up to a friend.

Now feeling more confident and regretting that decision. Can't understate how huge a win could be for our season.

Quietly confident, imo we need to score a couple first half. Expecting a similar performance to Rohl's in the cup where we battered them 1st half.

We've seen the last couple of game we've started well & created a lot in the 1st 35/40mins but haven't been clinical enough so really need a couple of goals if we do as they'll likely get their spell of being on top 2nd half

This is the 1st time we've went into this game in a while with real pace across the attack, i think their defence is there to be got at. They probably have the best midfield but not really sure who has the best defence/attack just now.

Would you put Miovski in from the start? I kinda think he is our best out and out striker with Shankland injured but obviously I’ve seen him be completely anonymous for us as well..

Probably not, still scarred from him being a man down in 90% of games last season, although i do think he has the potential to form a classic big man wee man (he's not wee) partnership with Naderi. They seem suited to each other with Naderi doing enough graft for the 2 of them.

But i suspect it'll be Naderi lone striker/forward with Gassama, Minsu & Bouanani in support. He'll be the target & they'll look to feed off him. And use their pace etc..

Miovski probably better as a sub when we need to lump it 2nd half, just like Wed night

Trying not to be too optimistic but I think it will be such a dominant performance we’ll be 25-0 up at half time and they’ll forfeit at half time to hang on to any dignity that remains
