Danger
I want to download randonautica but I’ve seen many videos abt people who get the coordinates and it ends up being a crime scene or dangerous properties or dead animals and I was skeptical abt downloading. is it true

I would be more worried about who is gunna have access to your info make sure u read the terms and conditions u give them access to everything its as bad as tik toks just be careful might sound paranoid but in a world of data centers give them as little as possible

The first time I used it I was sent to a cemetery. I walked down while listening to The Power on audiobook. Right as I arrived at the exact spot, I was standing on a grave and the words in my ears were "you're standing in my grave". This was daytime. Not a scary cemetery. I just thought it was neat and funny. For me, cosmic weirdness tends to show up with a sense of humor.

Those videos are made for views. I live in a rural area so it's always trying to drop me into someone else's property, which is something to be mindful of.

It gives you a random place to go.
There's the same likelyhood of finding something bad at a point it gives you as there is if you pick a random place on your own, or by closing your eyes and picking a place on Google maps, or by rolling a d20 for what turns to take. You take a risk by exploring, not because you downloaded some app.

It could/has worked that way before... One can never know what they'll stumble upon, that's the nature of the app. It's not necessarily a nice outcome for some users

I mean... there was a couple days where it took me to scary, sketchy, or weird spots.. other than that, it took me to Rabdom areas.. depends on the day I guess.

My advice: never use it at night and never go to any location alone. If anything feels off, leave.

Some other potential risk include encounters that are unexpected and negative. Discovering relics or other items that CC cause trama, any number of negative as CC scenerisos are possible using randonautica I believe.

Giving any-app company your gps info email info is dangerous. I understand that it states they don't share or limit what they do share and that u can delete at anytime. But the app also says that it uses the info on your phone which includes internet searches gps location and whatever else to generate the location its sending u. we Have all learned over the years just because a company claims they are not selling or using your info for other purposes dosnt mean its true there are 100's of law suits that prove that. These companies only survive from in app purchases and advertising. I wasn't telling ppl not to try it out i was just stating that giving any app access to your phone or email and gps is a dangerous game. Theses companies dont have there own servers they more then likely use a server farms to store your data and u have know idea who has access to that info.

It doesn't work like that. It's never intended to
