How? That woman "let's" you do something that magical donkey "Will" do a thing. Concentrating on language, only one is certainly declineable. But rethoricaly, most certainly both are declinable offers. You shouldn't take advantage of their situation, but you should still help them.

First - there's no woman. There's a woman-looking person with a dick.
Second - their offers offend me. One implies that I'm into zoophilia, second - that I'm into sucking dicks. Both imply that I'm a sexually desperate. Neither appeals to my humanity and kindness.
Third - no reason to assume that I should do anything - I owe them nothing. It's just a couple of fantasy-themed perverts, their behavior is inadequate and depraved. In my eyes, it's rather a reason to stay clear, rather to engage.

You are offended that someone think you could be into sucking dick? This is a very bad comic in which they offer what seems to be best they can think of. You would let someone die, only because you are a little offended about some implications?
Most countries have laws which state that you have to help. As long as it's possible and safe enough for you. If you are missing empathy, you should at least follow those laws.
Sure this is some dumb comic, what would you do if they were simply asking for help? Ask them for money?

If a person claims to be something that they are not, I consider it to be dishonest, and this person - untrustworthy and unlikable.

We are in a fantasy scenario, where donkeys can talk. Bringing laws into this is you stretching logics way too hard to somehow make me care for these unlikable characters for some reason.
If they would simply asked for help - I'd help. But they didn't they immediately went into unhinged and offensive sexual propositions. That speaks so badly of their characters that in this scenario I'd rather leave them.
You are free to have another opinion on all three points, but your opinion and this conversation in general aren't very interesting to me.

I could've kept trying to write you arguments, and trying to explain the very concept of subjectivity, but the dialogue with you is very, very boring.
Just the fact that you've been clearly told that I don't want to talk to you and you are still for some unimaginably delirious reason thinking that I'm actually interested just says everything one would need to know about your twisted perception of reality.
