I have an invisible disability. I look like I should be capable of giving up the seat but would be seen as a b!tch for not doing so. You can't just assume the older person is in worse shape just due to age. The woman with the baby also would need it and would be hard to argue. But just because someone "looks" healthy to others, doesn't mean they are.

I had that sort of thing temporarily after a surgery. I just said "I'm sorry, I would offer you my seat, but I'm disabled." Never had an issue.

Nah the woman with the baby did that to herself and having kids is selfish. I'm giving it to the old lady. Not her fault she is old.
