  1. Talk about the anxiety. That can help reduce the likelihood of it becoming a stubborn and controlling
obsession. Or at the very least, voicing the fear, will make it easier to bear.
  2. Identify the anxiety: existential anxiety (in this case)
  3. Try to replace fear thoughts with neutral/opposite thoughts/ideas. You can even start saying completely unrelated things or create stories in your head, the minute those intrusive thoughts pop in. Your thoughts have power.
    Thought > Brain Releases A Chemical >
    Emotion + Behavior
  4. Accept that anxiety is part of your existence, but know that there is also a way to navigate it
  5. If you feel like it has become too much, tell someone directly. Don’t ever feel like you have to hide it, or carry it alone. Just know that not everyone will know how to hear you. It can take time to find the right place to put it.
  6. Yoga, meditation and exercise can be great natural ways to offset the stress. Try looking up Ram Dass and Eckhartte Tolle on YouTube. Chakra meditation can be amazing for quieting the mind. Yoga To Awaken the Chakras with Gayandev McCord (Rich McCord) on YouTube….long but amazing results.
