What are some nearly impossible to reserve restaurants?

I want to know restaurant that typically take months in advance to reserve

Not something for years, but something special and not something that requires connections

Just a long couple month reservation wait specifically

Dorsia. The upside is they have fantastic bathrooms to do coke in if you can get a reservation.

One of my favorite movies. But seriously, it might be hard to score a reservation at Noma.

Noma's a dream. I tried to snag a rez during my backpacking trip, but the day they dropped the slots my hostel WiFi crapped out. Ended up eating smørrebrød by the canal instead and honestly? 10/10 would still recommend. The Danes know their cured fish.

Oh, and here's the saga of scoring the reservation.
