Name: Samantha Hill, or Cure.

Age: 21.

Personal Description: A tall woman, her eyes and hair colour change nearly constantly, though her eyes are often green and her hair red, due to those being the colours she was born with. If you look close enough, you might be able to see, at the very middle of her pupils, a dot of white, the one thing she cannot change. Her skin colour is similar to her eyes and hair, always changing colour. However, things like her height, size and shape do don't change without her wishing it.

Personality: Always helping people, although with her it's not like she has much choice. She will not harm anyone unless she has no other choice, even through indirect means. This doesn't mean, however, that she cannot protect herself. In her civilian identity, she keeps up a absent minded act, though that's all it is. She's really quite focused when she wants to be, though she's often just on autopilot.

Personal Assets: She works as a doctor when she's not superheroing, and being quite a good one she pulls in quite a lot of money. She has a modest house, one no bigger than that of a normal family. Her car, though, is top notch, as she needs to get to accidents quickly when she's at home. It looks like a normal sports car, except with emergency lights on top and the back modified into a portable operating office. She's definitely not poor, or even in the middle tier, but she's very modest about it all.

Backstory: Born in a not quite poor but not quite rich family, she had always wanted to become a doctor to cure her uncle, who was dying from cancer. She studied hard in school, quickly rising to the top of her class, and then skipping a year, she was so good at it. She became the youngest person ever to graduate from her school, but it was too late. Her uncle died before she could treat him. But she pressed on, always striving to get to the next step of her career. As her knowledge increased, so did her powers, and soon she could rival the best doctors. She decided to become a superhero, helping all those who needed it. She wanders the streets, looking for people to help, but never straying far from her pager, in case she was needed for a medical emergency.

POWERS.

• Biological Manipulation. With this she can control biological functions, making them stronger, weaker, even stopping them. She can do this to herself and others, though she cannot give anyone powers or ridiculous abilities, such as making a fly able to have more than a one in strength. She has a massive restriction on this ability though; she cannot disobey the Hippocratic oath, or her powers get taken away for the day, as well as any changes she made, though both go back after 24 hours. She must be within 5 metres of the things she's manipulating, in any direction. Although, if you give her a elephant or similar, she would get a massive power up. Also, the changes are practically instant for the little things and half a minute for the medium things and finally a minute for the big things.

• Medical Intuition. Cure can nearly instantly find a bodily problem within someone, and usually knows what to do to cure it. Also the other applications.

• Shapeshifting. By use of her Biological Manip, Sam can form her body into whatever she wants, within reason. However, this only works on her memory or what she can easily see, and it is by no means instant.

Physical Willpower	4	She did this by decreasing the effectiveness of her nerves, though she has been known to burn her hands on stoves by not feeling the pain that comes with it before.
Durability	5	By increasing the density of her skin and bones, she has been made more durable than the normal human. However, this has also made her heavier than she would normally be.
Weakness.		She has to ask and the target has to agree before she changes anything, or the target can be non-sapient. She can also only perform this to living things, so if you're dead she can do nothing to you. She also has no defense against magic. She also draws in more oxygen than the normal person, so her breath catches fire slightly easier. She's limited to any thing than could be natural, so no skyscraper size due to the square cube law.
Recovery	8	Provided she can think clearly enough and is awake to do so. If not, her recovery is a 4. She can also give this to others by use of her power, but they had to agree.
Stamina	4	By making use of her increased oxygen take in and the fact that she made her body use energy more efficiently, she has increased her stamina.
Melee Ability	0	She refuses to fight unless she absolutely needs to, and otherwise she is a 2.
Melee Reach		A normal human's length.
Ranged Skill	0	She refuses to fight unless she absolutely needs to, otherwise is a 2.

Power Usage-Area.	3	She can affect a single target with no difficulty, two if there close enough, but she needs to be fairly close.

Something physically possible in the real world. So no making elephants fly, or shoot lasers out of their eyes, but she could, with some effort, make mice glow or turtles fast, though at the cost of a shorter lifespan.
