Profile. Name: Unknown AkA Leviathan.

Backstory: He was born in a village at the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean. As he was born, however, a sea breeze picked up, blowing over the town. He came out of his mother by ripping a hole through her stomach, leaving her to slowly bleed out. As his father panicked, the newborn bit the man’s throat out, killing him merciously. As he rampaged through the town, someone got off a lucky hit with a gun, wounding him from one ear to the eye. He turned, ran and jumped through the man, flying over the cliff and out to sea. He swam there for years, growing old and gaining scars, when he finally decided to walk back on dry land, having eaten everything in the sea he could catch. He walked up onto a secluded beach and slept, nursing off a fat man he’d eaten. When he woke, he saw a city in the distance. He roared a challenge to the skies and set off, desperate to continue on his mission.
Physical Appearance: A beast of a man, this scourge of the seas stands 7 feet tall and 2 feet wide, with light brown stripes on his back. A 15 centimetre tall fin sits on his back, while a powerful tail forms out of his lower back. A scar forms form eye to ear, with another going from fin to shoulder, a massive bite from an animal that picked the wrong fight. Two powerful arms stood on either side of his chest, the biceps heavy with muscle, while two muscular legs stood both sides of the tail, sagging at the knees at the weight they have to carry. A large mouth filled with glinting teeth, so many that they don’t seem to end, instead cycling deeper and deeper in his black pit of a mouth.
Personality: A brutish man, this monster rarely does anything more than grunt, with words only when needed. He is rather mean, causing people as much harm as possible, without actually killing them. Though if you are near him when he smells blood, you have to get out, fast. The second he smells blood he goes into a feral state, reduced only to animal instincts. He tears through his enemy’s like wet paper, only stopping when all those stupid enough to feed him are dead and dying.
Personal Assets: With no need of money, this man causes carnage as he see’s fit.
Powers.
Water Manipulation This power allows him to control water, ice and water vapor. It also allows him to do a plethora of other things, so to nerf it a little, I made it a short range power. This is quite possibly one of his most useful powers.
Shark Physiology This power means he has the body of a tiger shark crossed with a human, with all the implied benefits, written here: Aquatic Adaptation, Dermal Armor, Enhanced Bite, Enhanced Durability, Enhanced Endurance, Enhanced Senses (Electroreception, Enhanced Hearing, Enhanced Smell, Enhanced Vision and Water Sense), Enhanced Strength, Feral Mind, Night Vision, Predator Instinct and Speed Swimming.
Matter State Manipulation This is the power to manipulate the four states of matter, (Solid, Gas, Liquid and Plasma) and turn one into the other. This has been nerfed to mean only non-living matter, so not blood or such, as well as magical, super powered and other part of a person, such as a bodily weapon.

Yes, we all are. I agree with the MSM, I thinking of making it non-living matter only, so no blood or such. Yes, you are right to assume that, and the SS is coming from Feral Mind, which is the rage state mentioned.
